Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a strategic Delivery Manager / Senior Business Partner to align technology delivery with business priorities in Maidenhead. You will own the delivery roadmap, translate demand into programs, and partner with senior stakeholders to realise measurable value.

You will lead a high‑calibre team and coordinate cross‑functional delivery across analysts, project managers, and third parties, driving continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and executive communication skills
• Strong portfolio planning, prioritisation and roadmap management capability
• Ability to balance business priorities, delivery capacity and technical constraints
• Strong coordination and orchestration skills across complex delivery environments
• Proven people leadership, coaching and mentoring capability

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the business area's delivery roadmap, aligning priorities with delivery capacity and tech guardrails.
• Translate demand into a sequenced programme of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead quarterly planning, manage dependencies and resources across teams.
• Coordinate delivery across Business Analysts, Project Managers, technical teams and third parties.
• Provide transparent reporting on delivery performance, risks, issues and trade-offs.
• Drive communication of technology change and project delivery to stakeholders and wider business.
