You will shape priorities, lead planning, and advise on investments, profitability and talent decisions. This is a high-visibility, hybrid role based in our London office, offering a range of benefits and a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Experience advising senior leaders and executives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Track record of developing and executing business strategy.
• Experience leading complex change, transformation or business improvement programmes.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge constructively and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
