Qualifications

• Proven HR transformation or organisational change experience.
• Strong HR knowledge, operating models and people strategy.
• Experience designing or implementing HR processes and services.
• Experience with HR technology to improve service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading workstreams and mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and workforce transformation workstreams.
• Develop HR strategies, operating models and service delivery.
• Analyse HR processes and employee experiences to identify improvements.
• Define requirements and create practical transformation solutions.
• Conduct research, data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams and senior stakeholders.
• Support implementation of new HR processes and technologies.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and client recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to BD activity.
• Build strong client relationships and cross-team collaboration.
