Job summary

Gist, part of the M&S Group, is seeking an analytically strong Solution Design Analyst to support network renewal with data-driven insights. You will work from Gist Chineham or M&S Paddington offices with the option to work from home, delivering analytical outputs that shape future network design and automation.

You will hold a mathematics or data science degree and have proven analytical experience with Python and SQL.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics or data science with proven analytical experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical techniques to operational and organisational challenges for M&S and Gist.
• Understand data structures and access to enable solution recommendations.
• Develop analytical techniques to solve complex problems in a practical, robust way.
• Communicate outputs to senior stakeholders to shape decisions and thinking.
