An exciting opportunity within Education Commissioning to lead on post-16 education tracking, data, and information governance for the Council. Responsibilities include managing statutory Department for Education data returns (e.g., NEET and Unknown tracking, September Guarantee for Year 12 and 13, Year 11 activity survey), developing data sharing agreements, and managing the NEET database. You will support NEET reduction initiatives, including tracking SEND young people up to age 25, and supporting stakeholder groups with data, analysis, and advice. You will also assist with data sharing, processing, and analysis, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Special requirements for this post
Significant experience in post-16 Education, knowledge of Raising the Participation Age legislation, and advanced skills in Excel and related software such as Ablebits. Ability to develop tools like the Risk of NEET Indicator is essential.
