Job summary

WOLF is seeking a Data Lead to drive data-informed decision-making across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Executive teams. You will transform raw data into actionable recommendations, scale dashboards, and ensure robust data governance to improve user engagement, monetization, and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role combines strategic analytics with hands-on data engineering in a hybrid London-based setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a data-driven or BI role with strong commercial awareness.
• Experience with mobile apps, digital tech, or gaming a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Go beyond raw metrics with deep-dive analyses linking user behavior to monetization and channels.
• Bridge data insights to non-technical leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Audit and improve reporting frameworks ensuring reliability and governance.
• Own and evolve the data environment, potentially managing a broader data team.
• Build, scale, and maintain dashboards across departments and platforms.
