Job summary

WOLF seeks a commercially minded Data Lead to steer data-informed decisions across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Exec teams. You will mature reporting processes, remove single-point dependencies, and deliver MoM/YoY insights to boost user engagement, monetization, and efficiency.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate complex data into actionable guidance, and own data governance as the business scales. A hybrid London-based role with emphasis on analytics leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a data-driven or business intelligence role with strong commercial awareness
• Experience with mobile apps, digital tech, or gaming platforms
• Strong English; Arabic a plus and willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Go beyond raw metrics to deliver deep-dive monthly analyses linking user behavior to monetization and channel strategy
• Bridge data and business execution; translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Audit and refine reporting frameworks for reliability; implement data governance and controls
• Own and evolve the data environment; potentially scale a broader data team
• Build, scale, and maintain cross-department dashboards; evaluate and transition data tools as needed
