Qualifications
- Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A.
- Strong financial modelling and analysis capabilities.
- Experience delivering business change / transformation.
- Ability to influence senior leaders via clear insights.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop financial models and tools to support planning and decision-making.
- Partner on transformation projects from concept through to delivery.
- Build robust business cases with benefit tracking and KPIs.
- Produce clear reporting on benefits delivered vs business case.
