Schneider Electric in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Data & Digital Director to lead the digital transformation and data strategy across the business. You will drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and enable growth through data, analytics, AI and digital innovation.

You will act as Zone Data Officer, ensuring governance, quality and compliance while maximizing value of data assets, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Services and Operations to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading digital, data or transformation teams.
• Strong governance, architecture, and data quality experience.
• Proven delivery of data-driven transformation with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Define UK&I data strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead Data & Digital teams across a matrix organisation.
