Job summary

TrinityBridge Limited is seeking a Business Assurance Analyst to support the Director and Senior Manager in delivering a robust first line assurance framework. You will develop and enhance management information, oversee T&C records, and drive continuous improvement across governance processes to improve customer outcomes.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel/Power BI proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business while ensuring FCA regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present meaningful management information.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, with experience of dashboards and MI reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience of policy and procedure management within a regulated environment.
• Ability to identify root cause analysis and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Business Assurance and Senior Manager in the delivery of Business Assurance and Training and competence framework.
• Produce, analyse and enhance management information (MI) to support effective first line oversight and informed decision making
• Manage the administration and monitoring of Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) renewals and financial planner accreditation records.
• Assist in maintaining Business Assurance T&C records and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and strengthen data quality, governance and reporting processes to improve accuracy and consistency
• Support thematic reviews, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives arising from Business Assurance activity
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to promote a culture of continuous improvement and good customer outcomes.
• Ensure all work supports FCA regulatory expectations, Consumer Duty principles and internal governance standards.
