Job summary

TrinityBridge Limited is seeking a Development Delivery Manager to lead the in-house development team and partner resources. You will manage sprint planning, release scopes and QA triage, drive development standards across Azure Integration Services, Power Platform and Snowflake, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing and developing small teams with multi-skill profiles.
• Advocacy of agile methodologies aligned to business goals.
• Strong experience in Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, Snowflake.
• Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, VBA, ADF, .Net Web Apps, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Experience leading the development of enterprise system integration solutions.
• Experience building enterprise data platforms.
• Clear communicator across seniority and technology familiarity.
• Cross-functional collaboration; break down silos to solve problems.
• Self-starter driving initiatives to completion.
• Excellent relationship-building and data security/compliance familiarity.
• Facilitation skills for workshops to actionable results.

Responsibilities

• Line management and capability progression of Development team members.
• Promote and enable Development team engagement and continuous improvement ethos.
• Liaise with PMs, stakeholders and senior BAs to align priorities and timelines.
• Ensure sprint scope aligns with team capacity and constraints.
• Sprint planning, management, reporting, and Jira status accuracy.
• Release scope management and QA triage resolution.
• Drive standards, patterns and guardrails across the TrinityBridge tech stack.
• Evolve tools, processes and practices for efficiency and quality.
• Assure design and software quality per standards and templates.
• Define and monitor development metrics to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Technology Leadership on innovation and IT investment decisions.
• Understand and apply FCA/compliance and internal policies.
• Understand regulatory requirements and risk management for clients.
