Job summary

LGC is seeking a Senior Data & AI Architect to shape enterprise data platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will design scalable architectures, guide data governance, and translate complex business needs into practical AI solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will mentor engineers and partners, drive standards, and help our teams stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies and best practices. This global role shapes data strategy in life sciences tooling.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data architecture, data engineering or enterprise tech architecture.
• Strong experience designing data platforms using cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Expertise in data modelling, SQL/NoSQL and modern database technologies.
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing.
• Programming knowledge in Python, Scala or Java and ML deployment expertise.
