Job summary

The Associates Global are seeking an experienced Data Architect to define and grow the company’s data landscape across product changes, consolidation of systems, AI adoption, and procurement processes. The role involves working with EA’s and DQ teams to shape future data architecture and support cloud-based systems.

You will build enterprise data models, guide LLDs, and ensure data governance while partnering with solution architects and DevOps to implement architecture decisions.

• Proven ability to define and grow enterprise data landscapes across product changes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data architecture strategy and roadmap across business capabilities.
• Define adherence to data architecture principles, patterns, and standards.
• Assure technology change initiatives from a data perspective.
• Support technology procurement processes (RFI / RFP) from a data perspective.
• Liaise with vendors and partners; contribute to business cases and proposals.
• Evaluate landscapes for architectural debt and modernisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with solution, architects, developers and DevOps to implement decisions.
• Align data architecture with overall governance for security and integration.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies like AI and automation.
• Maintain architectural artefacts with EA tools for impact assessment.
• Play a central role in data governance and maturity.
• Contribute to overarching technology strategy and annual data plan.
• Create and maintain a data architecture annual plan.
