Job summary

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to see the bigger picture. You’ll be comfortable getting into the detail, but equally confident influencing stakeholders and shaping long-term technology decisions.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Significant experience in data architecture, data engineering or enterprise technology architecture, including leading large-scale initiatives.
• Strong experience designing data platforms using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in data modelling, SQL, NoSQL and modern database technologies.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Apache Spark, Hadoop or distributed computing frameworks.
• Programming knowledge in Python, Scala, Java or similar languages.
• Experience architecting AI and machine learning solutions, including deploying models into production.
• A solid understanding of data governance, security, quality and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
