Job summary

Personal Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of valued clients and drive retention, adoption, and revenue growth within our employee benefits platform. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, deliver quarterly business reviews, spot upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional outcomes for customers.

The role is a fixed-term contract (3 months) with a salary between 42,000 and 50,000 GBP,

Qualifications

Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management (CRM).
Strong track record of growing existing accounts and achieving commercial targets.
Excellent communication, influencin g, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Build strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
Drive customer retention and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Deliver engaging Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic account plans.
Lead client presentations, proposals, and growth discussions.
Increase adoption and engagement across the Hapi platform.
Manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Act as the face of the business for your client portfolio.
