Nature’s Way Foods is seeking a Customer Account Manager in Chichester, West Sussex, to build strong customer relationships and drive growth with leading food brands. You will collaborate across supply chain, planning and commercial teams to deliver accurate forecasts and standout service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or supply chain roles is required.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work across functions to deliver customer plans.
• FMCG experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage projects with cross-functional teams to deliver customer plans.
• Own and communicate accurate customer forecasts using insights and data.
• Manage customer and distributor communications (stock, orders, service).
• Support and manage internal customer performance reporting.
• Coordinate promotional activity and new product launches.
• Work with planning and supply chain to maximize service levels and availability.
