Job summary

Toshiba Europe Ltd in Camberley is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our finance team and ensure efficient cash collection across our SME portfolio. You will work with Sales Order Processing, Moves and Collections, and the Service Call Centre to support the end-to-end sales and maintenance cycle of our products.

The role requires pro-active communication with customers and internal stakeholders, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with Oracle 11i/R12 or similar ERP

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or cash collection within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and ability to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Pro-active, solution-focused with good relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Post cash into Oracle ERP system using bank data and Excel.
• Cover month-end cash postings for the portfolio.
• Prepare monthly DD reports and check accuracy for customers.
• Raise manual credits and debits when required.
• Manage the Credit Control inbox and respond to invoices and emails.
