Job summary

Toshiba EMEA in Camberley is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our busy team and ensure efficient cash collection across our SME portfolio.

You will post cash in Oracle ERP, cover month-end cash posting, review DD reports, and raise manual credits/debits while coordinating with Sales, Moves and Collections, and the Service Call Centre.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential; Oracle 11i/R12 experience and ServiceNow are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experienced Credit Controller with proven cash collection skills.
• Pro-active communicator able to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with Oracle 11i/R12 or similar systems is preferred.
• ServiceNow experience desirable.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Post cash into Oracle ERP using bank data and Excel.
• Cover month-end cash posting and ensure accuracy of the DD portfolio reports.

Credit Controller - Camberley

Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for someone who can seamlessly step into the Credit Controller role working alongside our existing team to ensure efficient cash collection across our large portfolio of SME clients.

This is a busy and process-driven role, liaising with a range of departments including Sales Order Processing, Moves and Collections, and the Service Call Centre throughout the sales and maintenance cycle of our products.

Duties include the following:

• Posting cash into Oracle ERP system using bank data placed onto Excel
• Cover month-end close cash posting
• Monthly DD report to be checked for accuracy for your portfolio of customers
• Raise manual credit and debits when required
• Manage Credit Control inbox of incoming invoices and emails from customers

The role requires a pro-active approach from someone with experience of liaising with customers as well as internal stakeholders via email and phone to ensure efficiency.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to build solid working relationships, multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience of working with Oracle 11i and R12 or a similar system.

ServiceNow experience would also be desirable.

Suitable candidates must have experience in a similar role.
