Incubeta is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to sit at the intersection of creativity and business impact. You’ll blend strategic storytelling with creative excellence, helping clients understand why great creative works, how it drives results, and how Incubeta’s solutions fit into their wider marketing mix.

You’ll lead high-value client conversations, grow our creative capability, and shape a best-in-class practice with real commercial weight across the business, owning end-to-end creative

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing integrated, business-outcome-driven creative strategy at senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen with upsell/new business success.
• Confident presenting to ExCo or client leadership.
• Ability to translate creative and data trade-offs into business recommendations.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong network in the creative/marketing industry.
• Interest in how AI and automation reshapes creative practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated creative strategies tied to growth, engagement, and performance.
• Identify opportunities for innovation using AI and automation across clients.
