Job summary

Co-op in Manchester is seeking a Cost and Funding Analyst to join our Digital, Technology & Data team. You will run end-to-end recharge processes, maintain rate cards, and turn large datasets into actionable insights to inform funding decisions and cost management across the function.

You'll work with Finance and DT&D to ensure data integrity, present options to stakeholders, and continuously improve controls, reporting, and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Experience with recharge, cost allocation or funding processes.
• Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve internal recharge processes with accurate outputs.
• Maintain recharge rules, rate cards and documentation.
• Analyse large datasets to derive insights and recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders and support decision making.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with Finance and DT&D teams to ensure data integrity.
