Job summary

Framatome in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive Cost Controller/Cost Engineer to own cost control across EPC projects valued over £150m. You’ll interrogate cost data, forecast budgets, manage cashflow and EVM, and provide actionable insight to Project Managers to drive performance.

You will set standards, develop tools, mentor junior staff, and coordinate SAP project cost reporting, CoNQ and PFR/CCR cycles, moving beyond reporting to deliver tangible business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control across EPC projects with large portfolio oversight.
• Proficient in SAP for preparing cost reports and project controls data.
• Ability to develop cost control tools and templates and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Own cost control standards and procedures across all projects.
• Develop tools/templates for cost control and ensure adherence.
• Analyze cost data and provide consolidated assessments to stakeholders.
• Support tender cost estimates and centralised data such as norms and productivity.
• Coordinate invoicing, variations, EVM, cashflow and reporting activities.
