Job summary

Mace is seeking a cost management professional to support the NHFP programme in Jersey. The role is site-based in Jersey with travel approximately three days per month, focusing on cost management services across safety, quality, compliance and client outcomes.

You will assist with cost planning, procurement and commercial decisions, foster high-performing, inclusive teams, and promote sustainable, net-zero outcomes while mentoring future talent.

Qualifications

• Experience on large healthcare or complex infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work in a stakeholder-rich environment.
• Extensive NEC4 contract experience.
• Experience with NEC contract administration tool such as Cemar.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of cost management services, ensuring safety, quality, compliance and client outcomes.
• Support cost planning, procurement and commercial decision-making to achieve project objectives.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing teams, champion wellbeing and continuous improvement.
• Drive ethical, sustainable outcomes and mentor future talent.
