Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate partnerships or comparable commercial relationships.
• Proven ability to retain relationships and grow income.
• Background in charity fundraising, CSR, or business development is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of corporate partners.
• Develop account plans and lead renewal, negotiation and growth conversations.
• Forecast income and maintain CRM records across partnerships.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and align partners' objectives.
• Coordinate employee engagement, fundraising activities and impact reporting.
• Assess ethical fit and reputational risk in partnerships.
• Line manage a Partnerships Officer/Executive where required.
