Job summary

Cool Earth, a charity protecting rainforest, is hiring for a senior corporate partnerships role. You will own a portfolio worth roughly £1 million annually, drive renewals, growth, and ethical partnerships, and engage with senior stakeholders across global brands. The role offers flexible working and remote options with some UK travel.

You will lead account planning, partner strategy, and cross‑team collaboration while developing a high‑performing partnerships unit to fund rainforest communities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate partnerships, client accounts or comparable commercial relationships with income responsibility you can evidence.
• Strong evidence of renewing and growing significant, high‑value relationships.
• Experience influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience developing partnership plans, proposals and pitches.
• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of how partnership income is structured.
• Experience managing income and expenditure budgets and reporting against them.
• Experience assessing partners for ethical fit and reputational risk.
• Working knowledge of a CRM and GDPR considerations as they apply to partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of corporate partners – income, retention, renewals, growth and risks.
• Write and run account plans for priority partners and growth trajectories.
• Lead renewal conversations early and secure extensions and multi-year commitments.
• Forecast portfolio income accurately and maintain CRM data integrity.
• Manage the income and expenditure budget for the portfolio and report against it.
• Shape partnership activity including employee engagement, fundraising and communications to deepen relationships.
• Line manage the Partnerships Officer/Executive with clear objectives and development.
