Job summary

Plunkett UK is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow our corporate partnerships programme and generate income for resilient, thriving and inclusive rural communities across the UK.

Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Lead, you’ll develop proposals and manage partner relationships, while maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering excellent support. The role is primarily office-based in Woodstock, with travel across the UK and a one-year fixed term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in partnerships, fundraising, account management, sales or business development.
• Strong research and organisational skills with ability to manage a busy pipeline and keep information accurate and up to date.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills for corporate audiences.
• Proactive, can-do approach and ability to take initiative while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Good relationship-building skills and the confidence to represent Plunkett professionally.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for cross-team work, especially with Communications and Marketing.
• Commitment to Plunkett’s charitable purpose and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
