Job summary

Fauna & Flora is seeking an experienced Private Sector Partnerships Manager to grow our corporate fundraising function. You will manage a portfolio of high‑value partnerships, deliver excellent stewardship, and identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement across sectors.

Based in Cambridge, you will work with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to shape our private sector engagement strategy and support conservation programmes in multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing and developing high‑value corporate partnerships.
• Ability to identify and deliver strategic opportunities for deepening partner engagement.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and shaping private sector engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional stewardship of a portfolio of corporate partnerships.
• Grow and diversify partnerships across sectors with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with fundraising, conservation programmes and communications teams.
• Engage senior internal and external stakeholders to deliver value for partners and Fauna & Flora.
