Job summary

Smart Works Greater Manchester is seeking a proactive Partnerships Development Manager to grow corporate partnerships and funder relationships across Greater Manchester. Reporting to the Head, you will identify opportunities, nurture supporters and communicate impact through compelling proposals and reports.

You will lead on income generation across multiple streams, manage a six-figure portfolio, and oversee a Partnerships team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing, nurturing and managing corporate partnerships or external relationships.
• Experience achieving significant income generation targets.
• Experience identifying opportunities, generating leads and managing a pipeline.
• Strong written communication for proposals, reports and bids.
• Experience supervising or supporting team members.
• Knowledge of CSR/ESG or employee engagement teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with corporate supporters and funders.
• Identify new opportunities to grow partnerships and income.
• Lead on fundraising campaigns and events to maximise sponsorship.
• Coach and manage partnership staff to meet objectives.
• Prepare compelling proposals, impact reports and client stories.
