Job summary

Enham Trust is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser to grow our corporate fundraising. You will manage and develop existing partnerships while also building new relationships and identifying opportunities to bring on board additional supporters.

You will work from Hampshire with hybrid working 2–3 days per week, drive income growth, and shape our fundraising activities. You should have proven fundraising and partnership experience and be confident presenting and networking with businesses.

Qualifications

• Fundraising experience with ability to build supporter relationships.
• Corporate or partnership fundraising experience.
• Able to grow income to target.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners to grow income.
• Identify and secure new fundraising and partnership opportunities.
• Develop corporate fundraising programmes and activities.
• Create processes to support corporate fundraising and supporter engagement.
• Meet with corporate partners, volunteers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities and positive partner experiences.
• Collaborate with the wider fundraising team on activities.
