Job summary

Judith & Co Recruitment is seeking a Relationship Manager for our Corporate Banking team in London. The role supports KPI achievement, client growth, and ethical compliance while delivering banking solutions to corporate clients.

You will develop existing client relationships, win new business, perform KYC/AML, and collaborate with Head Office. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in UK banking and fluent Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UK banking experience.
• Strong credit analysis skills.
• Proven counterparty relationships.
• Fluent Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Grow baseline trade revenues and assets for existing clients.
• Strengthen relationships with Head Office and clients to enlarge deals.
• Identify and pursue new corporate clients.
• Provide and promote corporate banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate client/credit files and documentation.
• Perform pre-loan investigations and post-loan management.
• Carry out corporate KYC and AML related work.
• Coordinate legal documents and negotiations.
• Manage internal systems for credit applications and maintenance.
• Mentor junior CB team members to foster a professional London-wide culture.
• Prepare high-quality client support documents and meeting materials.
• Flexibly undertake additional duties as required.
