Job summary

Noble Panacea is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to manage a broad range of commercial agreements from drafting to lifecycle administration. You will partner with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and manage contractual risk.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially minded, and capable of independently managing multiple agreements in a fast-paced environment, helping improve templates, CLA libraries, and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and administering commercial contracts.
• Experience managing agreements through full contract lifecycle and independently handling multiple contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and redline a variety of commercial agreements including vendor, professional services, consulting, software, SaaS, licensing, confidentiality, and other business contracts
