Job summary

Upfront Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager specializing in roofing and cladding to lead projects across industrial clients. You will oversee planning, site delivery and cost control, working with directors and site teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary up to 65,000 plus a company car or car allowance, and travel across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Manager within industrial roofing, cladding or building envelope contracting.
• Strong knowledge of cladding systems, installation methods and site delivery.
• Experience managing several projects and coordinating site teams.
• Good commercial awareness, with the ability to control costs and programmes.
• A practical approach to solving problems and communicating with clients.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through to completion, keeping work on programme, controlling costs and maintaining standards on site.
