Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd, in the North East, seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of fit-out, groundwork and civil engineering projects across the UK.

You will own contracts from award to completion, ensuring compliant delivery, strong budgeting and effective coordination of clients, site managers and project teams. This role offers a competitive DOE salary, bonus potential, and clear progression within a supportive business.

Competenze

• Experience in groundworks or civil engineering projects.
• Currently operating as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager ready for progression.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance.
