Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager to adapt core templates, amend third party forms, and negotiate large contracts across jurisdictions. hybrid role based in Cambridge or Liverpool with some travel, reporting into Procurement.

You will lead supplier negotiations, identify risks, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards while driving value. The role requires deep contract law knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and experience in cross-functional

Qualifications

• Significant experience in contract management and procurement.
• Deep knowledge of UK contract law and commercial terms.
• Experience negotiating complex supplier agreements and managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts to ensure terms are clear and enforceable.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and value.
• Identify risks in contracts and propose amendments to mitigate them.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and act as primary contact.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations and compliance teams.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal and archiving.
