Job summary

Domino Group is seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager to adapt core templates, negotiate, and manage complex contracts across multiple jurisdictions. Based in Cambridge or Liverpool with hybrid working, you will support procurement and business teams to ensure compliance and value creation.

You will lead negotiations, mitigate risks, and collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to drive favorable terms and lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Law or related field.
• Significant experience in contract management or procurement.
• Knowledge of UK contract law and commercial terms.
• Ability to negotiate complex supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts to align with policies and objectives.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and value.
• Identify risks in contract terms and propose mitigations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers for discussions and disputes.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and development teams to align requirements and execution.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal with ERP-driven documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with laws and company policies and monitor performance.
• Develop supplier governance to guide procurement across production, development, and indirect sourcing.
