Job summary

SG Partnership is recruiting a Contracts & Compliance Manager for a fast-growing healthcare services business. You will own contract management, workforce compliance and onboarding, reporting to the CFO, and shaping processes to support growth.

You’ll lead audits, maintain regulatory compliance, manage documentation, and drive improvements across contract renewals, onboarding and payments. A proactive, detail‑oriented professional with 3–5 years’ related experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in contracts, compliance, onboarding or related operations.
• Experience in healthcare, recruitment, staffing or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date understanding of healthcare frameworks, Agency Workers Regulations, IR35, GDPR and other requirements.
• Ensure contractors meet required compliance standards before assignments.
• Oversee right-to-work documentation, DBS checks, qualifications, training records and other documents.
• Monitor expiry dates and obtain updated documentation within required timescales.
• Conduct regular audits of compliance records and processes to maintain standards.
• Identify compliance risks and work with CFO/management to implement solutions.
• Review existing compliance processes to improve efficiency and control.
• Oversee preparation, issue and completion of client and contractor agreements.
• Monitor contract end dates, renewals and extensions; coordinate renewals and terminations.
• Coordinate compliant onboarding of contractors and healthcare professionals.
• Support onboarding of new clients for contracting and invoicing; ensure records support timely payments.
• Produce regular reporting on contract status, compliance rates, expiries and audits.
• Identify trends, gaps and risks; help develop controls to mitigate them.
