Job summary

ADS Group is seeking a Compliance and Contracts Manager to join our Legal team in Farnborough. You will help develop and embed our compliance framework, ensuring regulatory and contractual obligations across ADS Group and its subsidiaries are managed effectively.

You will also draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, support GDPR compliance, and contribute to audits and governance reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, governance, or legal operations.
• Experience drafting, reviewing or managing commercial contracts.
• Good understanding of UK GDPR and related obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and embedding of the group compliance framework.
• Draft, review and negotiate supplier, customer, sponsorship, and service agreements.
• Maintain contract governance processes and support audits and reporting to leadership.
• Provide assurance on regulatory and contractual obligations across ADS Group and subsidiaries.
