Job summary

Pinnacle Group seeks an experienced Head of Contract Mobilisation & Integration to lead the transition of award contracts from bid to Day 1 readiness and stabilisation. You will coordinate across Bidding & Growth, Commercial, Legal, Finance, People, Technology & Innovation and Operations to deliver compliant, commercially sustainable services.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in outsourced services and complex mobilisations.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to operationalise contract obligations.
• Experience in bid assurance, solution design, contract negotiation and client transitions.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract and Bid Support: participate in bid governance and assess operational feasibility and mobilisation requirements.
• Contract Negotiation and Readiness: assess impact of contractual provisions with Legal/Commercial; develop readiness position.
• Contract Integration and Embedding: translate commitments into procedures and ownership; lead Day 30/90/180 reviews.
• Commercial Assurance and Continuous Improvement: monitor delivery against risks and lessons learned; promote repeatable mobilisation capability.
