Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Contract Mobilisation & Integration to drive successful transition of contract awards from preferred bidder to Day 1 live operations and beyond. You will lead across functions, ensuring contracts translate into compliant, commercially sustainable services and Day 1 readiness is achieved with robust governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable success leading complex mobilisations or service implementations.
• Experience supporting bid teams and translating contracts into operational readiness.
• Strong governance, risk management and financial control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid governance and approval processes.
• Support bid feasibility, mobilisation requirements, and implementation complexity assessments.
• Review requirements to identify commercial and delivery risks.
• Define mobilisation strategy, plan, governance and critical paths for major contracts.
• Chair Mobilisation Steering Group and track milestone delivery.
• Oversee risks, issues, dependencies, budget and client communications.
• Coordinate readiness across people, systems, finance, supply chain and data.
• Lead Day 1 service commencement readiness and handover to operations.
