Job summary

Diony is seeking a Content Manager in Leeds to lead and deliver high-performing content initiatives across SEO, campaigns, and marketing activity. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on editorial oversight and SEO expertise to deliver multi-channel content that supports client objectives and agency growth.

You will develop integrated content strategies, own end-to-end delivery, and lead client conversations, with a focus on commercial recommendations and measurable performance using GA4

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content management, content strategy, or content marketing.
• Advanced understanding of SEO content strategy and UX.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content planning skills.
• Commercial awareness with scope control and delivery efficiency.
• Confident in leading client conversations and strategic meetings.
• Proficiency with SEO tools and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated content strategies across SEO, website and marketing channels.
• Own content delivery end-to-end across assigned accounts, managing workloads, timelines and budgets.
• Lead client conversations, present insights, pitch strategies and make commercial recommendations.
• Drive SEO content strategy with keyword targeting and performance monitoring via GA4/SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Oversee creation and optimization of website copy, landing pages, blogs, and thought leadership in WordPress/Shopify.
• Define and enforce tone of voice and messaging across channels and customer journey stages.
• Implement AI and automation to improve efficiency and consistency in content delivery.
• Develop case studies evidencing commercial impact of content strategies.
