Job summary

IFGlobal is seeking a Content and Communications Manager to shape how we communicate with customers, prospects and the industry. You will craft engaging, commercially focused content, support sales and marketing activity, and lead our Social Media and Content Coordinator to build a consistent content function across teams.

You will oversee website copy, articles, case studies and promotions, while coordinating webinars, events and PR.

Qualifications

• Experience in content marketing for B2B audiences.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with clarity for complex topics.
• Knowledge of SEO and content strategy to support sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of content and communications strategy across channels.
• Create website content, articles, case studies, sales materials and social posts.
• Support launches with messaging and promotional activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that drives commercial objectives.
• Coordinate webinars, events, PR and external communications.
• Manage and develop the Social Media and Content Coordinator, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
