Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager – Construction Delivery in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on leading construction delivery across defined packages, coordinating interfaces, and ensuring adherence to scope, programme, cost, quality, safety and governance.

You will act as a key interface among client, contractor, consultant and multidisciplinary teams. You will work to ensure delivery readiness, practical issue resolution, and effective reporting to support decisions in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, project management or a related discipline.
Experience in construction delivery, construction management, project management or site coordination within complex infrastructure, energy, engineering or regulated environments.
Working knowledge of CDM Regulations and safe delivery in complex projects.

Responsibilities

Provide construction delivery leadership across defined packages, ensuring alignment with scope, programme and governance.
Coordinate and monitor works, manage interfaces and escalation of risks with delivery partners.
Support readiness, planning, assurance and handover activities to demonstrate compliant delivery.
Interface with engineering, H&S, quality and project controls to manage performance and reporting.
