Job summary

Qualifications

• Agency background in media, creative, or integrated agency.
• Experience in multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, OOH, TV, experiential).
• Minimum 2 years of direct line-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted senior partner for key clients.
• Identify client opportunities and pitch organic growth strategies.
• Lead resolution of high-level client challenges and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee holistic media blueprints across paid/owned/earned channels.
• Use data tools to uncover consumer insights for targeting.
• Collaborate with creative, data and activation teams to align brand messages.
• Mentor and develop a team of Managers and Executives.
• Own the account profitability, revenue forecasting and SB deliverables.
• Optimize resource allocation to maintain high-quality delivery.
