Job summary

Marsh Corporate in London is seeking a Compensation Manager to join the Compensation Center of Expertise. The role focuses on data-driven compensation solutions, market pricing, and governance across Marsh Re and global client groups.

Hybrid work requires three days in the London office, with collaboration across HR, Finance and business leaders. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with experience in pay design, benchmarking and incentive planning, and can lead multi-stream

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in compensation, rewards, or a closely related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted client advisor and consultant to Marsh Re's People Partners and Business Leaders, delivering strategic compensation advice and solutions.
• Manage compensation-based initiatives and projects including variable plan design, salary structure reviews, market analysis and year-end planning.
• Prepare advanced compensation analyses with complex models, dashboards and reports.
• Conduct job evaluations and benchmark roles using market data and survey sources.
• Support design, implementation and administration of base pay, incentive and other reward programs.
• Independently lead compensation project workstreams with milestones, risks and stakeholders.
• Develop executive-ready materials and present findings to HR and business leaders.
• Ensure data accuracy, process consistency and governance compliance.
• Provide market intelligence on competitive landscape and trends.
• Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Partner with HR, Finance and leadership to support forecasting, budgeting and annual cycles.
• Translate complex data into practical recommendations for business priorities.
