Job summary

Annapurna partners with a well-established, fast-paced organisation in the United Kingdom to recruit an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager. You will balance strategic reward initiatives with day-to-day payroll and benefits delivery to support attraction, engagement, and retention of talent.

Reporting to the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will lead pay benchmarking, salary structures, and employee benefits while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and a strong employee

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or Total Rewards.
  • Strong payroll, compensation, and employee benefits knowledge.
  • Experience supporting pay reviews and salary benchmarking.
  • Excellent analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compensation and benefits activities across the business.
  • Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.
  • Partner with HR and leaders on pay structures and benefits.
  • Lead annual pay reviews and bonus processes.
  • Manage relationships with external reward, benefits, and payroll providers.
  • Analyze reward data to provide insights for decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve rewards and operational efficiency.
  • Support wider reward projects and strategy development.
