Job summary

Annapurna is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead our rewards function in a fast-paced environment. You will balance strategic reward development with hands-on operational delivery, partnering with senior leaders to shape pay structures and benefits that attract and retain talent.

You will manage payroll-related activities, benchmark salaries, and translate data into actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or Total Rewards.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Experience supporting pay reviews, salary benchmarking, and reward initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong Excel capability.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to partner with leaders across the business.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for reward.

Responsibilities

  • Managing key compensation and benefits activities across the business.
  • Supporting payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.
  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to provide expert guidance on reward-related matters, including pay benchmarking, salary structures, and employee benefits.
  • Leading cyclical reward activities, including annual pay reviews and bonus processes.
  • Managing relationships with external reward, benefits, and payroll providers.
  • Analyzing reward and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance reward offerings, improve processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Supporting wider reward projects and contributing to the ongoing development of the organisation's reward strategy.

I'm partnering with a well-established and fast-paced organisation to recruit an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a reward professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with operational excellence. Reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering reward programmes that support the attraction, engagement, and retention of talent across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
