Job summary

QBE Insurance Group in London is seeking a Communications Lead to steer planning and delivery of corporate communications for Group Underwriting, and Group Operations and Technology. You will partner with senior leaders globally to drive clear messaging and alignment across functions.

You will guide priority initiatives, craft engaging content, and manage multiple channels including digital, events and videos while supporting reputational considerations and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/internal/leadership communications within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong ability to advise senior leaders and influence across functions and locations.
• Excellent written, verbal and editorial skills simplifying complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted communications adviser to senior leaders with guidance on messaging, audiences and channels.
• Develop and deliver communications plans aligning with business priorities and organisational change.
• Translate complex topics into clear, accessible communications for varied audiences.
• Create executive and employee communications, including talking points, presentations and Q&A materials.
• Build stakeholder relationships and align perspectives around consistent messaging.
• Deliver communications across digital, intranet, events and video, adapting to time zones.
