Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Communications Manager for a 12-month FTC in London. You will lead the development, integration and execution of the strategic communication plan aligned to the organisation’s priorities, overseeing media, brand development and employee communications.

This role requires UK citizenship and SC clearance, with relocation assistance and travel up to 10% of the time. You’ll collaborate with global teams, manage events and digital channels such as LinkedIn and the NG

Qualifications

• Develop end-to-end, multi-channel communications plans.
• Provide communication advice on a range of business issues.
• Excellent level of written and verbal English.
• Identify opportunities/challenges from business or macro changes.
• Lead successful customer events.
• Write media releases, speeches and feature stories for external publication.
• Deliver external campaigns via web/social media to diverse audiences.
• Manage relationships with third-party stakeholder organisations.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate an integrated communication strategy to build NG UK's reputation externally and NG culture internally.
• Collaborate with International; Corporate and Sector Communication teams for approvals and synergies.
• Assist in developing communications from senior leadership perspectives.
• Deliver structured engagement with customers, media, employees and community, including events and partnerships.
• Develop channels/content for UK Leadership team communications.
