Bauer Media Group is seeking a creative communications specialist to strengthen employee engagement, advocacy and protect corporate reputation. You will lead content and planning to deliver high-impact internal campaigns across global audiences.
In a central Enablement and Delivery function, you will shape strategy, ensure consistent tone, and drive multi-channel programmes with a focus on data-driven messaging and engaging formats.
This is a key role in the Group Communications team, reporting to the Director of Enablement and Delivery. This role is in the Enablement and Delivery team whose mission is to act as central architect to shape and embed a high-performance capability by strengthening collaboration between communicators in Group and Lines of Business (LOB), working jointly on strategy and campaigns to leverage deep local knowledge and individual expertise to deliver high-impact outcomes.
