Bauer Media UK Publishing is seeking a communications professional to shape how brands and business messaging are seen internally and externally. The role will turn happenings into press coverage, content and multi-channel communications.
You will engage with the trade press, draft releases, social content, video, photography and support internal communications that celebrate our brands and explain change. The role is hybrid, based in London or Peterborough, with 2 days in the office.

Bauer Media UK Publishing is home to some of the UK's most iconic and influential multi-platform magazine brands. Within the Communications Team, we shape how those brands - and the business behind them - are seen and understood, internally and across the industry.
Right now, that means amplifying our outstanding journalism and portfolio , helping the business through change and achieve our strategic ambitions, and strengthening our position as one of Europe's leading publishers. It's a small team, but the responsibility is significant and you'll have the ability to set the standard for what exceptional communications looks like here.
You'll be the person turning what's happening across Bauer Media UK Publishing into stories worth telling, to the people who work here and the industry watching from outside. One day that might mean drafting a press release on a special edition ; the next, drafting the content for a leadership townhall, or shaping how a piece of change gets communicated to colleagues .
We've created this role from scratch. That means you're not stepping into someone else's shoes or a well-worn process — you're helping build one, with influence over how we work and communicate.
This role is about turning what's happening at Bauer Media UK Publishing into press coverage, content and communications that land well, across internal and external channels.
This is a hybrid role, based at either our London or Peterborough office, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office — exact anchor days to be confirmed depending on location.
