Bauer Media Group seeks a Strategic Communication Manager to lead campaigns and content within Group Communications. You will shape internal content, campaigns and governance, aligning with Group strategy and leadership across the network.

Job purpose:
This is a key role in the Group Communications team, reporting to the Director of Enablement and Delivery. The team’s role isto strengthen employee engagement andadvocacy andmanage and protect corporate reputation. Itlooks after company-wide communications strategy, narrative, campaigns, contentandplanning,governance and channels, and media relations.
This roleis in the Enablement and Delivery team whosemissionis to act as central architect to shape and embed a high-performance capability by strengthening collaboration between communicators in Group and Lines of Business (LOB), working jointly on strategy and campaigns to leverage deep local knowledge and individual expertise to deliver high-impact outcomes.
